Simple - free (black/white/any color)
Medium - 40$ (for example detailed sky or landscape)
Complex - 80$ (for example, buildings, some architecture. Overall - the most detailed background)

Extra fees:

Extra character: depends on how much they're visible
Commercial use: + 50% (If you're gonna use it for commercial purposes)
Private commission: +80% (I won't post it anywhere)

Some notes:

I usually make edits only during the sketch stage. Once you confirm the sketch, I only fix my own mistakes (such as wrong eye shape, missing details, etc).
Still, if something needs to be fixed, just let me know - it's not a problem.
Everything is discussible. If you're unsure about something, just ask me, - I'll happily answer.
If your character is over-detailed, I won't charge extra. My style isn't well suited for heavy detailing, so I tend to simplify things a bit. Everything will still be recognizable, I just make adjustments for my own workflow and comfort.
